Might Give Up

I'm getting over a bad case of covid and I'm dealing with a complication. Most people here know I deal with back and leg issues, a rare complication from covid is severe leg edema which I already dealt with before covid but now my right leg is so swollen I can hardly walk, I know you guys get tired of waiting for me to post new stuff and I'm tired of not being able to sit and record stuff for you which is why I'm considering closing down the blog. Happy Thanksgiving giving everyone, I hope you have a great holiday.

  1. Pay no attention to trolls. There is no pressure to post except from yourself. You'll note that 'Glen's Country Music Cabinet' will post in flurries, when he has something and otherwise posts nothing at all for long periods. Post when you're up to it. Don't let the simple fact that you HAVE a blog make you feel forced to post on some regular basis. Take care of yourself first and foremost. When/if you feel up yo it, post, but don't pay attention to pressure from takers who seem to feel posters are somehow obligated to them, personally, to post. You are not.

  2. Brother, don't lose hope! Many of us can relate to your situation that also are older and face daily challenges related to our health and similar issues. Certain days are positive, while others are less so. You will triumph over your current challenges, just as you have before. Maintaining a positive mindset will bolster your mental strength, aiding you in achieving the proper outlook to navigate your current challenges.
We who have followed your blog from the beginning are keeping you in our prayers as you recover. Don't worry about putting anything on your blog. Concentrate entirely on recuperating. Your primary and sole focus right now should be that. Prioritize health, then focus on everything else once you feel better.

  4. There's no rush, and should be no compulsion, to post anything. Take care of yourself and the others around you first. When the situation improves and you feel like posting something, we'll be here waiting.
